Library Week is an annual week-long program organised by Library Club. It aims to introduce students to a wider range of books, as well as stimulate them to read more.

This year, our theme for Library Week is Mythology - for the timeless tales that enthrall us. Library week will be taking place in April so do look out for more details regarding this thrilling event.

Learn about The Legends of The Old!
Throughout the duration of Library Week, mythological trivia will be placed around the library. Walk around to learn more about the stories which have fascinated us for centuries and still continue to do so today. You wouldn't be disappointed at the vast amounts of knowledge you will learn and your interest for mythology will definitely increase.
Hero's Quest
A treasure hunt, where you’re a young hero/heroine eager to prove yourself by defeating the monster terrorising your town. On your quest to find this beast, you’ll go through the different areas of the Library, meeting deities from many mythologies and creatures of different origins. There will be puzzles and prophecies to solve, guiding your way through the library. Finally, you shall prove your worth, finishing a quiz and defeating the beast. Starbucks cards will be awarded to winners!
House of Books
A replica of house of cards, just that it is built with books! This will be a test of patience and speed as you attempt to build a seven-level house in a limited amount of time. The top three groups with the greatest number of layers stacked will be given prizes.
Character Quizzes
A variety of interesting character quizzes that will help uncover what literary character you are and what alignment you fall under. Sure to satisfy your curiosity regarding your personality and whether you resemble your favourite literary heroes!
Scrabble Tournament
Library Week’s annual Scrabble Tournament returns yet again! Challenge others in a test of wits as you try to outsmart fellow players and compete for the highest score. Attractive prizes such as vouchers await those who prove themselves to be the smartest.

Scrabble sessions are held on the (dates) of April. Choose one of the sessions to attend to sign up for the tournament.
